GENERAL INFORMATION:

Brisbane

Cleveland: Cost of non powered stalls are:  Craft $33* - all other stalls are $55*.  Powered sites extra.  All stalls measure 3 metres x 3 metres, must be booked prior to attendance and are subject to availability.

Logan & Mt Gravatt Markets: All fruit and vegetable sellers must phone prior to attending to confirm a site.  Casual stalls are available every Sunday of the year at a cost of $25* per site with no need to book.  Simply turn up with your goods between the hours of 4am – 6am for site allocation.  Sites will be allocated at the discretion of Market Management.   Permanent stalls are also available at a cost of $25* per week payable monthly in advance.  Trestle table hire costs $5* per table with a $2* refundable deposit.

Gold Coast

Nerang Markets: Cost of non powered stalls are:  Craft $33* - all other stalls are $65*.  Powered sites extra.  All stalls measure 3 metres x 3 metres, must be booked prior to attendance and are subject to availability.  Trestle table hire costs $5* per table (subject to availability).

Sharks Farmers Market: Cost of non powered stalls are:  Craft $33* - all other stalls are $55*.  Powered sites extra.  All stalls measure 3 metres x 3 metres, must be booked prior to attendance and are subject to availability.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

  1. No food or drink may be sold at any market without the prior approval of market management.
  2. Logan and Mt Gravatt markets operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.  Stalls are not reserved for casual sellers.
  3. Cleveland:  All stallholder sites need to be booked prior to attending. Casual stalls are subject to site availability at time of request.
  4. Gold Coast:  All stallholder sites need to be booked prior to attending. Casual stalls are subject to site availability at time of request.
  5. Sellers must vacate markets by:  Brisbane 2pm and Gold Coast 1.30pm.
  6. Stalls will be provided free of charge to registered charities subject to space availability.  A letter identifying the charity will be required from the organization to secure the booking.
  7. The Market operators, its servants and/or agents are not liable for any loss or damage to any person or their property from whatever cause.
  8. It is an offence punishable by law to sell stolen, counterfeit or any merchandise that may infringe on any copyright, trademark or design.
  9. Manufactured, labeled and dated confectionary such as:  Biscuits, jams, pickles etc are permitted, however, homemade goods must be wrapped, sealed and labeled in accordance with Council, Weights and Measures and Health regulations.
  10. No vehicle movement is permitted within the market precinct between the hours of:  Logan and Mt Gravatt 6am – 12 noon, Cleveland 7am – 1pm and Gold Coast 6.30am – 12 noon.
  11. Stallholders must not leave any rubbish, produce and/or goods in the market area.
  12. No pets and/or pet accessories are to be sold at the Logan Central Markets.
  13. The type of goods sold are at the discretion of Market Management.
  14. Stallholders do not own their sites.   Stalls cannot be sold or transferred.
  15. Market Management reserves the right to refuse applications and/or stallholders at Managements discretion.
